All over the world, the recession is going away slowly. The auto industry is seeing good sales volumes and it is estimated that the sale may be highest since April 2008. The companies are revisiting their strategies for the market and have started focusing on mass requirements for small cars. Small car makers have shown the good volume of sales and even in the times of recession the market had good demands from the buyers and middle class income groups. The market in US had been given a boost with cash for clunkers program. Ford, Toyota, Honda and many other car makers are having good market response and have shown that market has good trust in their products. Since April 2008 and now, most of the big car manufacturers have earned good profits from the market and it remains so for now. Analysts are predicting better sales this year and this financial year would prove to be a chance to reduce the losses in the market for many manufacturers. There is a buzz in the industry that small car segment needs to be given more offers and discounts so that a buyer can find it easier to buy his first car.
